Our Role as Site Engineers
Site Engineers are central to the successful execution of any project. We take responsibility for translating design into reality, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring that work progresses in line with technical plans, specifications and regulatory requirements.

We understand that quality is not a tick box — it’s a continuous process. That’s why our Engineers will follow strict Quality Assurance procedures to ensure that every stage of construction is executed and verified to the highest standard.
Our QA processes include:
- Pre-Construction Planning
Review of design drawings, method statements, and technical specifications to identify potential issues and define quality benchmarks. - Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) & Hold Points
Systematic inspections at critical stages of construction to verify that work meets specified tolerances before proceeding to the next phase. - Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR)
Any deviations from design or standards are recorded, reported, and tracked to resolution, ensuring accountability and traceability. - Material & Workmanship Checks
Verifying materials against approved samples/specs and inspecting workmanship for compliance with building codes and best practices. - As-Built Data Collection
Accurate recording of completed works through surveys and documentation to support client handover, O&M manuals, and certification. - Collaboration with Designers & Stakeholders
Regular communication with architects, engineers, and clients to align expectations, resolve technical queries, and drive continual improvement.
